Return Your Book Once The Rental Term is Up - It's As Easy As 1-2-3!

If "Renting", we cover the shipping costs. All books must be returned and postmarked 7 days after rental period have ended to avoid any penalties. If you need to keep the book(s) longer, you must notify us within the 7 days before the end of your rental term. If we are not notified, late fees could be applied. Any returns needed to be made as a result of our mistake must be made within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund. That includes all shipping costs.

8 days after the rental term ended and we still did not get back your book(s) or items, you will be charged 45% of the rental fee of that book(s) or item. After 14 days of not receiving back your book(s) or items, you will be charged the total list price or market value of the book or items minus what you have paid so far. For example: You rented a book for: $10, the Market value of the book is $30. If after 14 days and we did not receive back your books, you can be charged a difference of $20.

All returns must be mailed and postmarked within 7 days of receiving the book. The book or items must be returned in the same condition it was in when you received it. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the book(s) back. The free shipping label may not be used for these types of returns.

If "Buying" you have 30 days from delivery of the shipment to return any of the items you purchased from us for any reason and receive a full refund minus the shipping costs. The book or item must be returned in the original condition it was in when received. Any returns needed to be made as a result of our mistake must be made within 30 days for a full refund that includes all shipping costs.
